A governmental attitude towards the ruling model of these two prophets would make us familiar with clear horizons of a combination of religion and state, civilization and dynamism of science. This is especially true when we notice that the terms "God's vicegerent" and "God's role model servant" have been used for David and Solomon respectively. Thus, we may consider their ruling system as a complete standard for a government pleased by God in those days' circumstances, and as an example of a progressive economics based on spirituality, scientific development and civilization created on religious beliefs. دولت حضرت داود و سلیمان (ع) براساس قانون، عدالت گستری، توسعه علمی و خداباوری بود و آثاری بر جای گذاشت که هنوز پس از سه هزار سال، از تمدنی پویا در زمان ایشان حکایت دارد. نگرش حکومتی به الگوی حاکمیت داود و سلیمان (ع) ما را با افق های روشنی از ترکیب دین و دولت، تمدن سازی و پویایی علم آشنا می کند. به ویژه که تعبیر «خلیفه خدا» برای داوود(ع) و تعبیر «بنده نمونه خدا» برای حضرت سلیمان(ع) به کار رفته و بدین صورت می توان نظام حکومتی آنها را در شرایط زمانی خود معیار کاملی از حکومت مورد رضای خدا دانست و الگویی برای اقتصاد پیشرو متکی بر معنویت، توسعه علمی و تمدن سازی بر پایه باورهای دینی می باشد.
