abstract = {Before the constitutional revolution and the establishment of constitutional government, a movement called "the movement of Idalat-khana (Justice House)" was formed, which had great influence on the formation of constitutionalism in Iran. This model of `Idalat-khana, however, did not manage to develop into a full-fledged system of government. This religious movement was a reflection of Iranians' religio-political demands in the modern age when the colonialism-oriented autocracy was raging; but in the midway, this movement underwent deep transformation. In the meanwhile, the concept of `Idalat-khana became subject to contvoversies and its notion wavered between western juridical-parliamentary models and the conventional parliament of guilds and groups of people, each group or faction trying to give it a sense based on its own views and leanings. Thus, finally the local capacity of this idea remained close to the western models, and it was replaced by the concept constitutionalism, not allowing the movement of justice to develop into the `Idalat-khana system.},

abstract_fa ={پيش از نهضت و نظام مشروطه، نهضتي به نام نهضت عدالتخانه شكل گرفت كه بر كيفيت تكوين مشروطيت ايران تأثير جدي نهاد. البته الگوي عدالتخانه ـ چنان‏كه بايد و شايد ـ نتوانست به نظامي تمام عيار تبديل شود. اين نهضتِ ديني بيان‏كننده خواسته‏هاي ديني ـ سياسي ايرانيان در دوران جديدي بود كه استبداد استعمارمدار بيداد مي‏كرد، اما در ميانه راه، محتواي اين نهضت تغيير يافت. در اين ميان، مفهوم عدالتخانه نيز دست‏خوش نزاع‏هاي مختلفي شد كه معناي آن در ميان الگوهاي قضايي، پارلماني غربي، مجلس نمايندگانِ طبيعي اصناف و گروه‏هاي مردم سرگردان شد و هر گروه و هر جرياني تلاش مي‏كرد معنايي بر اساس تمايل‏ها و ديدگاه‏هاي خود به آن بدهد. از اين رو، سرانجام ظرفيت بومي اين مفهوم چندان پذيراي الگوهاي غربي نشد و مفهوم مشروطه جايگزين آن شد و مانع از تبديل نهضت عدالت‏خواهي به نظام عدالتخانه شد.},
