abstract = {A review of the evolution of societies and civilizations from their Course of development up to their decline shows that societies are constantly changing internally; it is because of these very changes that their dynamism is realized. In the process of dynamism and evolution of society, some problems and difficulties would arise, preventing the society from achieving its goal. This would create some oppositions and conflicts in society, threatens the social structure to a great degree, and would result in decline and annihilation of that civilization in the long run. In view of the previously presented discussions, some questions arise here: (1) What is the basis of evolutions in societies?
(2) How is the historical Course of civilizations? (3) Can we control the destiny and future of a society by discovering the rules governing history and society?

abstract_fa ={بررسی سیر تحولات جوامع و تمدن ها از شکل گیری تا زوال آنها نشان می دهد که جوامع در درون خود مدام در حال تغییر و دگرگونی هستند و بر اساس همین دگرگونی هاست که پویایی جامعه تحقق می یابد. البته در فرایند پویایی و تکامل جامعه، مسائل و مشکلاتی پدید می آید که جامعه را از رسیدن به اهدافش باز می دارد و سبب پیدایش تعارض ها و تناقض هایی در جامعه می گردد و ساختار اجتماعی را به شدت تهدید می  نماید و تداوم این شرایط در دراز مدت به انحطاط و مرگ آن تمدن می انجامد. با عنایت به مباحث یاد شده، چند پرسش اساسی مطرح می گردد: 1. تحولات در جوامع بر چه اساسی استوار است؟ 2. سیر تاریخی تمدن ها چگونه است؟ 3. آیا می توان با کشف قوانین حاکم بر تاریخ و جامعه، سرنوشت و آینده‌ی اجتماع را به دست گرفت و کنترل کرد؟},
