Actually, carelessness of some researchers to the issues such as, the diversity of documents and sources, the diversity in the attitudes of the objections, inaccessibility to the correct versions of the statements, and uncertainty about the time and place of objections, provided the conditions for the opponents to reflect these traditions in their works. Describing the event in a firm and comprehensive form, this paper attempts to examine a claim that, the Shiite elders and the followers of Imam did not disobey Imam Hasan (P.B.U.H.) and they did not insult his holiness. Findings show that, given the roots of the objections in the Khawarijs' way of thinking and the distortions of the Umayyad supporters to demolish and weaken the Ahl al-Bayt (P.B.U.T.), the theory of the opposition of the companions of Imam Hasan (P.B.U.H.) with his holiness is incorrect and incomplete. مطابق نقل منابع، برخی شیعیان پس از صلح امام حسن علیه السلام، به مخالفت برخاسته، با عبارات موهن، آن امام را مورد خطاب قرار دادند. کم توجهی برخی محققان به مباحث مبهمی همچون گوناگونی اسناد و منابع، تنوع ادبیات اعتراض و نبود قرائت صحیح از گفته ها و نامشخص بودن بستر زمانی و مکانی اعتراض ها، سبب انعکاس این روایات در آثار مخالفان شده است. نوشته‌ی حاضر می کوشد تا با توصیف دقیق و جامع واقعه، مدعای مخالفت نکردن بزرگان شیعه با امام حسن علیه السلام و توهین نکردن طرف داران به آن حضرت را به آزمون بگذارد. این تحقیق نشان می دهد علاوه بر ریشه داشتن اعتراض ها در اندیشه‌ی خوارج و تحریف صورت گرفته توسط جریان طرفدار حکومت اموی با هدف تخریب و تضعیف اهل بیت علیهم السلام، می توان نظریه‌ی اعتراض اصحاب امام حسن علیه السلام را نادرست و ناقص دانست. https://tarikh.nashriyat.ir/sites/tarikh.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_15.pdf
