This success has been achieved through the piety, sincerity, jihad, tact, discretion and acumen of the leaders of the seminary in different historical periods. In the meantime, experiencing various ups and downs and opportunities and threats in the Qajar and Pahlavi eras, the Qom seminary has been one of the most active and influential seminaries in recent centuries under the leadership of Ayatullah Ha’eri Yazdi. Relying on his opinions, positions and performance, this research examines Qom's standard Islamic seminary in the special first Pahlavi era from his point of view. Using references and library sources, it regards principles such as planning, gaining knowledge, providing livelihood, observing moral principles, gaining public trust, and reforming methods and processes as the standards of Islamic seminary with regard to students and people. From his point of view, principles such as foresight, prioritization, prudence, and expediency were among the essentials of relations with Pahlavi statesmen. حوزه های علمیه شیعه از دیرباز نقش سترگ و مستمری در صیانت، توسعه و ارتقای سطح باورهای اسلامی داشته و در عرصه های گوناگون اجتماعی نقش آفرین بوده اند. این توفیق به دست نیامده است، مگر با تقوا، اخلاص، جهاد، تدبیر، دقت و تیزبینی زعمای حوزه در مقاطع تاریخی. در این میان، حوزه‌ی علمیه قم با زعامت آیت الله حائری یزدی با تجربه فراز و نشیب ها و فرصت ها و تهدیدهای گوناگونی در عصر قاجار و پهلوی اول از فعال ترین و تأثیرگذار ترین حوزه های علمیه در قرون اخیر بوده است. این تحقیق با تکیه بر آراء، مواضع و عملکرد ایشان به مثابه مجدد حوزه‌ی علمیه قم، حوزه تراز اسلامی در موقعیت خاص پهلوی اول از دیدگاه ایشان را واکاوی کرده و با استفاده از منابع استنادی و کتابخانه ای، اصولی همچون برنامه ریزی، علم آموزی، تأمین معیشت، رعایت اصول اخلاقی، جلب اعتماد عمومی، اصلاح شیوه ها و فرایندها را از معیارهای حوزه تراز اسلامی نسبت به طلاب و مردم از دیدگاه ایشان دانسته و اصولی همانند بصیرت، اولویت سنجی، تدبیر و مصلحت سنجی و تعدیل سیاست های دولتمردان را رسالت حوزه در قبال دولتمردان پهلوی اول برشمرده است. https://tarikh.nashriyat.ir/sites/tarikh.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/2_23.pdf
