The prophetic conducts in solving the housing problem of immigrants, with the participation of the government and the people, is a clear example of the combination of the two strategies of "government support" and "strengthening social solidarity." By implementing the policy of "allocating land to homeless families" and "creating shelters for the poor," the Holy Prophet (PBUH) provided them with the support of the Islamic state and, by temporarily settling the immigrants in the homes of the Ansar, provided the basis for public participation in solving the housing problem. Using a descriptive-analytical method and relying on library documents, the research findings show that the approach of the Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H.H.H) can have implications for solving the housing challenge in Iran. In this context, in addition to strengthening public cooperation and utilizing the capacity of benefactors and endowments, a policy of expanding the supply of land for housing construction can be used, while observing the requirements of land planning and creating temporary and affordable settlements for the deprived groups. Instead of housing development companies, the land can be given to individuals themselves so that they can gradually build the housing they need. One of the requirements for this work is to move away from the vertical housing development approach towards horizontal development and adopt a grassroots approach to housing construction. Strengthening social takaful in the housing sector requires developing a cultural attachment to housing and using all educational and media capacities.
